  • How soon can a technician come to my home?

    In most cases we can schedule an inspection within 1-2 business days. For urgent situations -- active infestations, swarms, or rodent sightings inside the home -- call us directly and we'll do everything we can to get you seen the same day.

  • Is the initial inspection really free?

    Yes, completely free with no obligation. One of our licensed technicians will walk your property, identify any pest activity or entry points, and give you a clear estimate before any treatment begins.

  • Do I need to be home during the inspection?

    We do ask that an adult be present for the initial inspection so we can walk through our findings with you directly. For follow-up treatments, arrangements can often be made to service the exterior while you're away.

  • What should I do to prepare before the technician arrives?

    For most inspections, no special preparation is needed. If treatment is planned, we'll send you a simple prep checklist ahead of time -- typically covering clearing under sinks, temporarily relocating pets, and ventilating treated areas after service.

  • Do you offer same-day or emergency service?

    We offer same-day service on a best-effort basis depending on technician availability. Call us as early in the day as possible at (223) 800-8989 and we'll do our best to accommodate urgent requests.
